Siembra (“to plant and to harvest”) is a new app that makes getting tocollege easier! Siembra connects students, parents, and college admissionsinto a single platform with a mobile app. By achieving early connectionbeginning in the 9 th , Siembra provides students with a platform for virtualadvocacy to any college, while assisting parents with planning for theirchild’s academic future. Traditionally there has been no effective way toconnect students to college before the SAT exam. By making theseconnections earlier in a gameified app, colleges can support students andtheir parents to their goal of a college degree or certificate as studentsmatriculate through high school.
